Thank you for choosing Vaal Pet Spa. Please read these terms of service carefully before using our pet grooming services.
1. Services
Vaal Pet Spa provides professional pet grooming services including but not limited to: bathing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and other grooming-related services. We strive to provide the highest quality care for your pet in a safe and comfortable environment.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance
A credit card or deposit of 0 may be required to secure your appointment
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee of 100
We reserve the right to refuse service or reschedule appointments if your pet arrives late
3. Pet Health and Vaccination Requirements
For the safety of all pets in our care, we require:
Proof of current vaccinations
Disclosure of any known health issues, medications, or special needs
Pets must be free from fleas, ticks, and contagious conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to pets with health concerns that may be aggravated by grooming
4. Service Policies
A. Aggressive Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if your pet shows aggressive behavior. Your pet's safety and our staff's safety are our top priorities.
B. Matted Fur: Additional charges may apply for heavily matted fur. In some cases, shaving may be necessary for your pet's comfort and safety.
C. Senior Pets/Health Conditions: Special care will be taken with elderly pets and those with health conditions, but service may be declined if we believe grooming could be detrimental to your pet's well-being.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices vary based on pet size, coat condition, and services requested
Additional fees may apply for extra services or special handling
Payment is due at the time services are rendered
We accept Cash, Card, EFT, In-App
6. Liability
A. Vaal Pet Spa will exercise reasonable care while grooming your pet. However, we cannot be held liable for any unforeseen health or medical issues that may arise during or after grooming.
B. By using our services, you acknowledge that grooming may expose pre-existing health or skin conditions.
7. Photo Release
We may photograph your pet for our records or social media. By using our services, you grant us permission to use these images unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
8. Personal Information
Your personal information will be used solely for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please notify us within 24 hours of your pet's grooming if you have any concerns, and we will work with you to resolve them.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at our location and on our website.
